You are welcome to schedule an initial free consultation, lasting 15-30 minutes. During this meeting, we'll:

- Discuss your concerns and reasons for seeking services

- Review your background and relevant history

- Answer your questions about our assessment or treatment approach

- Determine which services are most appropriate for your needs

- Discuss timelines, costs, and logistics

- Develop a plan for moving forward

There is no obligation to proceed with services after the consultation. Our goal is to ensure you have the information needed to make an informed decision about care.

What to Bring

For your initial consultation, please bring:

- Completed intake paperwork (emailed to you after scheduling)

- Insurance information (if applicable)

- Previous psychological, neuropsychological, or educational testing reports (if available)

- Relevant medical records (if applicable)

- List of current medications

- Questions or concerns you'd like to discuss

Cancelation Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Insurance and Payment

We are committed to making our services accessible. Payment options include:

Insurance:

We are in-network providers for BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna. We can also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

Private Pay:

For clients paying privately, payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Sliding Scale:

Limited sliding scale slots may be available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please inquire during your initial consultation.

Forms and Documents

Please complete intake paperwork prior to your first appointment. Forms will be emailed to you after scheduling and include:

- Demographic information

- Medical and psychological history

- Current symptoms and concerns

- Consent for treatment

- HIPAA privacy notice

- Financial agreement
